What kind of humanoid is needed by customers?

Customer’s voice is the specification:

Customers feed back on more installations of autonomous ground robots proves that specified mobility requirements were underestimated… Indeed, if pathways of robots can be flatened & free from obstacle in indoor industrial facility, it is far from true in real environments.

Indoor means stairs, elevators, doors, narrow & crowded rooms.

Outdoor means far more than gravel pathways… In urban environment, we find sidewalk steps, roadwork trenches or holes, all kinds of gates & safety barriers. And  in natural environments, there are tight trees in woods, streams,  steep slopes, sand, mud, snow & ice.

Customers expect robots that MOVE AS GOOD AS HUMAN.

In a nutshell, customers need is: first to go to the right place & then to perform. We tackle & solve the first challenge, and partly the second.
